We partner with key technical players and companies such as Falconwood (Nigeria), PANTHEAS (London), and SPENCER (Nigeria) to execute projects on a firm, fixed-contract basis. SG Holdings leads the three teams to form the GLOBAL TECHNICAL PROJECTS COMMITTEE, which reviews and certifies all projects for execution and monitoring, underpinning the technical governance structure across various projects.
